Dunia Marketplace welcomes you to our 2015 Fair Trade Oriental Rug Event. These rugs are hand-knotted by Pakistani artisans on looms in their own homes. Women can work around their household duties and earn the same wages as men. The project supports several schools and allows fathers to have work in their own villages. Come and browse over 300 gorgeous heirloom quality hand-knotted rugs at Lindsey Hall, Boise First Presbyterian Church, 9th and State St. The entrance is on 9th. Times of the event are: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10-8 and Sunday 10-2. We hope to see you there!
